Artist - Aileen Grant

I’m a painter and printmaker who lives in the Scottish Highlands. Most of my work is landscape-inspired. I sketch outdoors in all seasons – hillscapes and seascapes – and bring sketches back to my studio to work into finished drawings and paintings. My paintings are mostly mixed media/acrylic and I make various types of prints on my studio printing press – linocuts, collagraphs, etchings, aquatints and photopolymer prints.
